Shipping + Returns
Items must be returned and received no later than 7 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached. No signs of wear and tear, no makeup stains or any other stains from trying the garment on. Must be free from animal hair, scent from animals, perfumes, deodorant, body odor, and/or cigarette smoke. You as the buyer, are responsible for the shipping cost on an exchange for a different size or product as well as the cost of the shipping the item back to the store. We do not offer cash or money back on any purchases, but store credit will be issued for the amount paid minus the actual shipping cost for the item or items purchased; you do not get refunded for shipping costs, discounts applied or any other applicable fees paid by The Broken Levee for the initial transaction that was made. Store credit must be used within three months of it being issued for tax purposes. All returns that meet the criteria are eligible for in store credit only, minus Transaction Fees, Shipping Costs, and Discounts. If you’re returning shoes, you must mail them back in the original box within another box so that the original shoe box doesn't get damaged because it is considered a part of the product you are returning. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (insufficient address, unable to forward, wrong address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or for some other reason undeliverable) you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of reshipping the items back to you. No returns or exchanges on sale items, hats, beanies, jewelry, bodysuits, seasonal items including Holiday Tees & tops, items with feathers, rhinestones, sequins, glitter, fringe or beads or items listed under accessories and extras; these are all considered as final purchases.
